About Us

Haiti Charity Hope Foundation is a Christian 501 (c)3 non-profit organization founded in 2005, based in Central Falls, Rhode Island and Lamothe, Haiti. It is our mission to fulfill the educational, physical, and spiritual needs of the children and the community of Lamothe. We want to bring hope and create a better future for one small village in Haiti by addressing all the challenges present in Haiti today with a whole mind/body/spirit approach.

Marie Gabriel, the founder and president of HCHF accepted Jesus Christ at a prayer meeting in Haiti when she was ten years old. At the age of 15, Marie had a dream about buying some land in Haiti, but she discounted the dream at that time.  After a few years had passed Marie went back to Haiti purchasing our current land and the dream reappeared.  That is when it became Marie’s duty to do what God had asked of her years ago.
